Full-scope pediatric care from the same team that cares for the whole family
ICHI is a family medicine practice, which means the same providers who care for parents also care for their children. This makes pediatric visits simpler for busy families — one clinic, one phone number, one medical record, and if a child's sibling or parent also needs a visit, we can often coordinate it in the same day. Our providers are trained in the full range of general pediatric care, from newborn to teenager.

Full CDC-recommended vaccine schedule for children and adolescents, administered on-site.
Sick visits, school and sports physicals
- Sick visits — same-day appointments when the schedule allows for common childhood illnesses: fevers, ear pain, sore throats, rashes, coughs, stomach bugs.
- School physicals — required Nebraska school-entry exams for kindergarten and 7th grade, plus routine annual physicals.
- Sports pre-participation exams — Nebraska School Activities Association pre-participation physical form completed at the visit.
- Camp and travel physicals — as required by summer camps or travel programs.
Bilingual pediatric care
Dr. Gutiérrez and Jessica Hernandez Leon, FNP are both bilingual. Well-child visits, sick visits, and family conversations can happen entirely in Spanish — the provider talks with the parent in whichever language the family prefers, and with the child in the language the child is more comfortable with.
